I've never encountered a problem, either. I wonder how much I have saved over the years, finding things online...

Anyone know of sites to download NHL ?
I love the nhl and have done so for a long time but whenever ive googled for NHL torrent sites i always get sent to a pommy site that is invite only, the only other torrent sites ive ever seen for NHL torrents are just too dodgy to muck around with imo
i have a stack of NHL dvds that are region 1 but am just wondering if there was a site that would have the NHL doco style team history dvds like the NFL puts out
i am a member on xwt but i hardly DL wrestling/UFC anymore and pretty much only used it to DL RAW if i missed a good one and with the UFC stuff i only needed to DL the doco style stuff but Fuel TV show it all now so ive hardly used xwt for so long
im also on Ten Yard Torrents which is an xcellent NFL torrent site but i havent dl games or feautre stuff off there anymore for a couple seasons now because i was just downloading too much before

Saw this the other day and thought I'd share. A black policeman protects a KKK member, as protesters were closing in on them in at a rally in Austin, Texas, 1983.

So, New Years eeve - what'd you get up to, and how do you usually celebrate?
I haven't enjoyed a NYE for a while now. I'm not sure whether it's because I don't drink much anymore, which is fine... I am happy enough, and stupid enough without adding alcohol.
What I don't get is people saying "this year I'm doing this, or that." Why the fuck didn't you do it last year, or yesterday? Why do you need the year changing one digit to compel you to do something? Sometimes I think NYE sells false hope, and people buy into it.
Or I could just be a real dumb cunt.

Why do you need the year changing one digit to compel you to do something? Sometimes I think NYE sells false hope, and people buy into it. Or I could just be a real dumb cunt. I've actually achieved quite a few goals with the changing of a digit. Usually it's one or two simple goals I want to achieve during the year. This year it's pretty simple, I got on the scales New Years Day and weighed in at 92kgs, pretty high for someone who is barely 5'10. I've always been heavy for my size 82 - 85 kgs for around 12 years. I'm aiming to lose 7 kgs but would like to drop 10kgs. My body is a little different because I don't have as much muscle so it'll take a bit to work out what's best. The hardest part is getting in to an exercise regime and I guess the year changing is a way of motivating myself. For me personally the changing of the year seems like a fresh start and kind of a way to plan some personal achievements for the rest of the year.

I had some friends walk over for drinks, music & a chat. Great to not have to drive anywhere. Nice to have a big house that's inviting for friends to visit. They left about 9pm. Then I watched the ABC Sydney fireworks, like a grandpa.
Similar NY day, friends came over for an afternoon drink, music & good conversation. Then we walked to the local fireworks, had dinner & a few drinks.
I have a few resolutions: Get fitter, using gym, treadmill & some tennis. Get a new job, got a few stokes burning. Less hours for same pay & finish earlier. Might even get extra after hours work at former employer.

went to the mariners game with Deb, then hooked up with Supa Sophi and her mum to watch the fireworks at Gosford waterfront at 9pm...went home, took some of my whizbang meds and missed new years again LOL

I watched Raw with the family (which is always fun), then played a bit of poker to close off the night. Nothing too wild. Let off a couple fireworks as well.
I think I'll be doing next years New Years with mates. The family stuff is getting boring, now that most my cousins have kids, which means less fun (and an early night).

But why does it take a changing of a digit to give people inspiration? If you want to do something, surely you just do it???

Yet Cory and Rhiannon didn't make headlines? They got married in a wrestling ring!

But why does it take a changing of a digit to give people inspiration? If you want to do something, surely you just do it??? I'm with you here. I've never understood that mentality of doing something just because the new year kicks in. If it's so important to you, then why did you wait so long to start actually doing it? When people say to me they are starting a fitness program in the new year, and I ask why they didn't start it sooner, some of them get shitty. The one they should be shitty with is themselves, if they had started that fitness routine when they first thought they needed it, they may have a few months of results to show for it already. If you're not chasing life, then it's running away from you. Simple.

Most people come up with a new years resolution, just cause it's that time of year.
I've done it and I've also not given a shit.
I think it comes down to if youcan think of anything, and the clean start from the 1st day of the year, is what some people prefer.
