We all know we all love wrestling here, that's a given. Sports entertainment is a big enough investment in itself, considering the ample amount of stuff out there to consume and the speed the industry moves at.
But, hey guys.. there's got to be more to life, right? So what keeps you guys entertained and busy away from the wrestling world?
Hobbies, interests?

I keep myself busy with a number of interests.
Boxing - enjoy the fights and I have a load of books on the subject (about 400) and a fairly large collection of The Ring magazine dating from 1933.
NFL - Like watching the games and reading books on the sport.
Books - I have too many. Big fan of crime fiction, books on the US Presidents, US Supreme Court Justices and some general non-fiction. Maybe 1,200 books.
Dogs - Have two Australian Terriers with a third coming next year. They keep me active and I love them.
Movies/TV Shows - Like watching crime shows, my Foxtel gets a fair bashing!

I enjoy reading travel/adventure type books, like Long Way Round (riding motorbikes from London to New York) and Long Way Down (riding from Scotland to South Africa) by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman. The people they meet, the cultures they see, the sticky situations they find themselves in. I like learning how different people and cultures relate to each other.
Books of survival in terrible situations, like Heart Of The Amazon by Yossi Ghinsberg. Trekking with his mates, he ends up alone having to survive for 3 weeks in a jungle containing jaguars, snakes, spiders, flesh eating ants, raging rivers, all the while dealing with starvation and injury. Very inspiring book once the trekking part begins.
Tribe by Bruce Parry is the most outstanding series I've ever watched. So much diversity, Bruce lived with tribes from the jungle, desert, mountains, snow and islands. The differing customs, dress, food, dance, roles of men and women, religion and hunting and gathering skills are all covered.
He covers world issues such as the damage being done by loggers to the jungles and forests, contaminated water supplies, female circumcision, wars between neighbouring tribes and more.
He also goes through personal hell for his art, eating a pie made from fish, frogs and rats, downing grubs, drinking cows blood, enduring long term hunger, taking part in ceremonies where he must take mind altering drugs as a rite of passage and has his body scarred for life.
I love theme parks, happy I live in Brisbane where there are 5 on the Gold Coast and a few smaller ones in surrounding areas. Also like visiting zoos, African animals fascinate me, would love to see a live hippo.
Ancient architecture like Machu Picchu, The Colosseum, Petra, beautiful work to look at and admire.
Sport is a given with me, NRL, AFL, cricket mainly.
And 80s glam rock is a big love too.

obviously spend a lot of time watching wrestling.
i'm a big fan of sports in general, will watch anything, but particularly love rugby league, baseball and basketball. i've started playing baseball again this year after about 3 years off and i'm loving it. the team isn't crash hot but i signed up with a couple of mates and i'm loving being back in a team environment.
play alot of playstation and wii, particularly sports games but also dig the call of duty series, killzone, gta series, red dead redemption etc on the playstation. play alot of mario kart, super mario allstars and the carnival style games on the wii.
watch a couple of movies a week and keep up with a few tv shows, particularly boardwalk empire at the moment. love a good doco, really enjoy louie theroux's series on abc2.
i have two kids so really the majority of my time is spent keeping them occupied. my older boy is full of energy so we play outside alot on the swings, with balls, in the kiddie pool etc.
otherwise i spend alot of time hanging out with mates enjoying the above

I have a variety of interests, and finding the time for them is the issue. Like you guys, I enjoy a good book. I enjoy reading bio's on interesting people. Also enjoy the good ol' Aussie crime stuff, and Biker stuff. IT - I have started in IT back in 96. Done various course's and gained a couple accreditation's. I just love technology and gadgets. I love how technology, if you understand how to use it, can make life sooooo much easier in various ways. DJing - Started back in 97 when I bought some shitty belt drive DJ turntables. 8 months later, gained residency at a reputable Kings Cross nightclub in the Hi-NRG scene. There is no better feeling than having a massive crowd of people's emotions, in the palm of you hand and you control their feelings through the way you do your shit behind the decks. Retired in 03 when the amount of clubs to play in, went from 20 to 1, and electro music gained in popularity(FUCK KNOWS WHY ) so the Sydney club scene changed, and not in the way I liked. I've gotten back into DJing last year when I got that itch again. Not too interested in playing clubs again, just more for my own enjoyment, the occasional party, and making my own mix CD's to listen to(and for others to enjoy). Really love how my 2 worlds came together, and digital DJing was born. The first time I seen virtual vinyl in action, marked my return to DJing. Being able to control, scratch, manipulate an MP3 on the laptop, via a traditional vinyl on the turntable, is just mind blowing stuff Wrestling & trading - I was one of the first, if not the first person to trade wrestling DVD's in OZ and I made some really good looking menu's to go with them. Unfortunately the current stuff doesn't interest me too much, which is sad considering how into it I was about 10-12 years ago. Lucky I have amassed a gigantic wrestling collection on DVD/hard drive so can go back any time to relive the bits I liked. My latest hobby has taken up most of my time and leaves very little if any time for my other hobbies. Racing offroad 1/8 scale RC cars - Got back into RC late last year, but have started to go proper racing back in May this year. It's the most fun I've had since I started DJing in clubs many many moons ago. Soo much fun, but extremely time demanding in getting your car(s) ready for every race meet, and I have 3 cars that I race. Nitro and Electric Buggy, and Nitro Truggy. Each car is virtually stripped and re-built between race meets, replacing any possible dodgy bits, so the cars don't break on my during a race. Re-oilng diffs, and shocks, etc.. requires lots of patience. Looking forward to racing all over the country next year

InterestBasketball - I play, referee, coach and watch plenty of bball on TV (NBA, College, NBL, Olympics, FIBA World Championships) Rugby League - Used to play a little now I just watch the NRL American Football - Huge NFL fan and really enjoy the college game. MMA- Always been a fan until last year when it started to be a little more of a obsession . Started training and really enjoyed it. I have no intention of fighting I just enjoy the fitness and science of the sport. I wouldn't mind having a go at a no-gi grappling match. The bad thing is the guy I train with left town a couple of weeks ago so I'm going to have to find a new place to train. Movies & TV shows - I watch a lot of TV ;D Music - I like anything that sounds good, I especially like older rap music and old hard rock bands. Reading - Always enjoy a good book I read a lot of different types such as Bio's, true crime, horror, sc-fi, fantasy. I also don't mind the odd comic. Other than that I spend my time with the kids
