First song you heard by them? Don't Dream It's Over or Something So Strong
Fave songs/albums? yet to hear something i like by them
Who would you say they sound like? to me just like any other middle of road band
Seen them in concert? nope
Where do they stand among other great Aust/NZ acts? me i would not rank them as find them very boaring but thats just me
Any other thoughts on Crowded House? liked Split Endz but Crowded House just put me to sleep but as they say each to there own

They have great melodies and write interesting lyrics.

First song you heard by them? I think Mean To Me.
Fave songs/albums? Don't Dream It's Over is maybe my fave all time song by anyone. Also like Distant Sun, Private Universe, Mean To Me, Better Be Home Soon, Fall At Your Feet, Into Temptation.
Who would you say they sound like? Perfect pop/folk melodies with true emotion through Neil Finns voice and lyrics.
Seen them in concert? No.
Where do they stand among other great Aust/NZ acts? After Cold Chisel, my faves for sure.
Any other thoughts on Crowded House? Lots of their songs, I just have to hear the opening few seconds and I stop what I'm dong, cause I want to take in the feel of it.
