Which is the best reality show?
The Ultimate Fighter American Chopper The Apprentice Border Security Amazing Race Selling Houses Grand Designs Man vs Wild
Which is the worst?
Big Brother Australian Idol ( the US is ok )
First reality show you saw? COPS
Any of them you still watch? The Ultimate Fighter The Apprentice Border Security Selling Houses Grand Designs
Ones you started watching but dropped off?
American Chopper American Hot Rod Amazing Race
Any you just won't watch, even for an ep to give it a chance?
Australian Idol. At least the American contestants are talented people. You've got real singers and a lot of the time, musicians on that show, unlike the Australian version, which features people will OK voices who up until audition time couldn't care less about music.
What else can be done in the world of reality tv?
DOA: Dead or Alive
Pretty much what happens in the movie. No women of course, 10 fighters from different disciplines are put onto an island. Random drawing per ep, two fighters embark on a MMA style brawl, anywhere.. on the sand, in the jungle, it doesn't matter.. where ever they met, till we have a clear winner via KO/Tap out or Ref stoppage.

Which is the best reality show? The Apprentice/Celebrity Apprentice, always throws in diff scenarios where you wonder what you, with your skills, would be able to achieve in that given situation. There are at times, I know, where I would have been lost on where to go with a concept and hear the words from Trump 'You're fired'
Which is the worst? Big Brother, they didn't have to do anything except sit around a house being fuckwits the whole time. At least with The Apprentice, Survivor, Idol, you have display some sort of skill in a given area of industry/entertainment/etc.
First reality show you saw? I think it was Survivor.
Any of them you still watch? Love The Apprentice/Celebrity Apprentice obviously.
This years American Idol is great, any of remaining 8 can win it, amazingly talented group. I'm hoping the rocker, James takes it, but I also like Casey, he has a style all his own.
Amazing Race I love every series too. Seeing the world, and what challenges the contestants are made to do.
Border Security I find very interesting.
Ones you started watching but dropped off? Football Superstar, just young guys being dickheads. The Contender, boxing is just a very blah sport. Miami Ink, after awhile, every story of why someone wanted a tattoo seemed the same.
Any you just won't watch, even for an ep to give it a chance? If Big Brother ever returns, I won't be watching. Cops I don't care for at all. Dancing With The Stars, Top Model, any of the car shows, I have no interest.
What else can be done in the world of reality tv? There will always be some tools out there, willing to put themselves on tv in some weird social experiment sort of way, so I'd say the potential is endless.

Which is the best reality show?
The Ultimate Fighter
I don't mind some of the MTV or VH1 ones like The surreal Life, Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, The Tila Tequila one but they get played out after a season or sometimes a couple of episodes.
Which is the worst?
The Biggest Loser
First reality show you saw?
I can't remember
Any of them you still watch?
The ultimate Fighter
Ones you started watching but dropped off?
I love Money
Any you just won't watch, even for an ep to give it a chance?
Survivor, Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Farmer Wants a Wife etc
What else can be done in the world of reality TV?
Hopefully nothing with any luck the networks might go back to making sitcoms and dramas and stop with the reality bullsh*t.
As you can tell I'm not a big fan of reality TV I don't want to see every day d*ckheads in boring situations when I watch TV. I want to be entertained by my TV programing I can see overweight people trying to lose weight everyday at the gym I don't need to see them being exploited several nights of the week on TV and I honestly don't give a f*ck if the farmer gets a wife maybe if the women were over the top skanks fighting and flashing some tities like on Rock of Love I might give it a chance but I want my television to be a escape from the everyday boring sh*t.
Theres just to much reality TV on at the moment, If they don't fight in a cage at the end of each episode then the network should replace it with a sitcom or drama.

I will watch some if there is nothing else on but wont follow any of them. Cant stand any of the US reality shows, reminds me to much of wrestlings bad story lines and there are never any pay off beatings to end the storyline

rayth, American Idol is actually really good this year. Tyler and Lopez add so much more to it. The other two original judges were basically comparing $$ signs and trying to sum up and weed out which contestants were going to generate more cash flow for the brand.. Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez seem to actually care about the music, and generally come off as fans of music first.

Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez seem to actually care about the music, and generally come off as fans of music first. Ah, good to see someone else in watching it Yeah, Tyler and Lopez bring thier own experiences, Steven being a front man and song writer of one of the worlds biggest ever acts in Aerosmith, and Jennifer being a dancer, choreographer and singer as a solo artist. I hope they stick around for the next season as well. Who are you hoping wins it? I had a Top 3 of Pia, James and Casey, but with the shocker of Pia going so early, I guess the field is more open than I thought. (And I'll miss Pia's smokin' hot looks).

I never really got to hear Pia sing, I usually see the first half or the second half then have to go somewhere or do something.
I like Haley. But overall they're all really generic idol personalities. But thats what this show produces isn't it.
I think Paul will be the next to go, or in the coming few weeks. I find his act growing stale very quickly, and don't consider him a very strong singer either.

I'll start with saying, I'm not a big fan of them at all and I think that's what's wrong with TV at the moment, too much reality crap.
Which is the best reality show? The Ultimate Fighter American Chopper The Apprentice (and US Celebrity version) Border Security Runs House This current Tough Enough Season Didn't mind the Gene Simmons Family Jewels Cops aint' bad.
Which is the worst? Pretty much all the rest
First reality show you saw? I think I watched 5mins of the first big brother to determine it was shit.
Any of them you still watch? Still watch some chopper, bondi rescue, border security, the aussie cop/rbt ones
Ones you started watching but dropped off? The Ultimate Fighter. I watch it on an off
Any you just won't watch, even for an ep to give it a chance? Most of the rest
What else can be done in the world of reality tv? I think they should go back to writers and TV shows. Reality TV has a place, but some of the idea's they've come up with are just stupid IMO, and I won't watch em.

Fuck, I hate this guy. American Idol loses more and credibility every week in my eyes. Most of his performances are average at best. What redeems this guy is when he hits his high register, until then most of the song is rubbish until he goes to that high note. So he bangs out the worst version of " Don't stop believing ".. come on, of all songs to sing, considering Jackson played in that band.. and only then finds redemption in his high register, they act like he's Jesus Christ reediting the Bible. Then Haley comes out, gets a standing ovation from the crowd, makes James look 2nd rate.. again. And J-Lo, who I still find it ironic, she's judging anyone on singing and Jackson give her a hard time. Thank God for Steve Tyler for telling her, both J-Lo and Randy are wrong. Shits me, that the two girls trump both the guys each week, each they keep pushing Scotty and James on the voters. But how much of a contradiction is telling the girls they need to go in different directions and break the stereotypes.. yet Scotty does country week in week out.. Fuck this show shits me. No wonder people stopped watching.
