Doing their own movies of course! Cap is fighting sand monkeys in Iraq. Thor in Middle Earth fighting short monkeys Wolverine in The Savage Land fighting tribal monkeys Black Widow sitting on my brass monkey... You get the idea.

Thor in Middle Earth fighting short monkeys Wolverine in The Savage Land fighting tribal monkeys Black Widow sitting on my brass monkey... You get the idea. That's the likely explanation. So all this crazy shit is happening at once? Terrorists blowing shit up, Gods feuding, Winter Soldiers carrying on and what not. And I don't get the Deadpool thing, sure he's kind of cool and apparently quite popular.. so popular in fact, no one bought the Deadpool game.

I cant beleive the way some folk at other sci-fi forums i go to have gone batshit stupid over Affleck getting the gig...i hear the movie company did a questionaire and Affleck won on percentages.....they also said that movie attendance is 5% of what it used to be ...so starring roles go to guys who will draw the crowds...so its all about the bottomline ...we should all be used to that...the guy who is most over gets the strap/push....movies are the same

An article I read today, put things in perspective.
Superman v Batman is a sequel to Man of Steel. Not the former Batman franchise.
Man of Steal isn't exactly a great movie either. It did ok and just made a heap of money. But no-one really loved it. Generally people see it as being " better than Superman Returns "
Again, it's a Superman movie. Batman is a secondary character. So don't expect a whole deep Bruce Wayne story, it's a man in a black cowl and cape.
It doesn't matter who plays him. Only that he plays it well.

Although, I know more people that hated it than liked it, so I'm in the minority.

I'm a Superman mark too and I hated Man of Steel. They re-interpreted too much for mine. I figure the sequel can't be fucked any more than the original was. Bring on Affleck.

I liked Man of Steel, technically brilliant. A few errors: the method resolution at the end. That's not Superman. Amy Adams was a piss weak Lois Lane, prefer Elizabeth Banks or Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

Are you referring to him killing Zod at the end?
Because the Christopher Reeve Superman killed Zod in Superman 2, and Lois killed the chick. And they had been stripped of their powers. I'd say thats worse than what happened in MOS.
