hmm...this could very well be an interesting flick....there was a storyline in a JLA animated movie where bats had something that could knock off or imprison everyone on the JLA if they went rogue...every member, except for himself that is... maybe this is were the movie will partially go

I would have preferred a straight Man of Steel sequel instead of jumping straight to a Bat team-up. With one of those mid-credits scenes maybe setting it up.
Superman probably wouldn't crack my top 5 fave superheroes, maybe not even top 10, probably thats why it doesn't excite me as much. I did really like MOS though. It was certainly better than Green Lantern's movie.

Now is not the time for this sort of movie. Bale as Batman will be hard to top for a while. One or two more Supermans New smoother grumpy Bond type Batman. Maybe like a Timothy Olyphant? Then looking at a Bats/Supes crossover or a Justice League. Trouble with JL is casting Wonder Woman, a very tall order. Don't rush a crossover, sounds like Green Lantern territory to me. Where is that Ryan Reynolds "Deadpool" movie, bugger me!! Make that, rather than a Magic Mike or another Rom Com with Stiller, Vaughn,Aniston, Bateman or Owen Wilson!!

Well isn't the internet imploding with this news. I've got no issue with it. I'm a Affleck fan, and I'll even defend Daredevil. Can't wait for this flick, 2015 is gonna be insane.

Yeah just read that. its gonna be a sequel to Man of Steel. Not sure about Affleck as Batman as he grates on my nerves. Anyone who saw him in Armageddon or Pearl Harbour knows what I mean. But didnt mind Daredevil.

But didnt mind Daredevil. Those few years after Good Will Hunting, Hollywwod tried to shove hime down our throats because he and Damon we're the next big things. He was out of place in films like Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, and also had no business playing Jack Ryan. And the personal life (and film) with J-Lo didn't help. Agree Daredevil was pretty good. He's gotten better the last few years though, I think he can do the role, but I might have preferred a lesser know actor.

I'm over super hero movies, seems to be about 3 a year being released.
Some guy with a heroic ability slightly different to the last super hero movie, saves the world from total destruction from some guy with an evil ability slightly different to the last super hero movie. Meh.

Affleck? I like the guy, but I'm not sure about this. Warner Bros apparently received thousands of complaints when Keaton was cast as Batman. Probably the exact same people carried on about Brandon Lee as The Crow. Years later, nearly everyone wrote off Heath Ledger as The Joker when it was announced, because he was a teen actor. People were upset with Robert Downey, Jr. being cast as Tony Stark. I'm over super hero movies, seems to be about 3 a year being released. Some guy with a heroic ability slightly different to the last super hero movie, saves the world from total destruction from some guy with an evil ability slightly different to the last super hero movie. Meh. Read an article a while ago, movie nuts are calling the superhero movies, a " bubble " and they expect it to burst very soon. Don't even get me started on everything that's wrong with the Marvel movies Post-Avengers.. so in Iron Man 3, Stark is off saving the world from an international terrorist organization... where's the rest of the Avengers? It's like living in a post Cold-War world, and forgetting about your long range missiles.

Can't believe that people are making such a big deal out of the Affleck thing. For mine, the character of Bruce Wayne is shithouse as it is. Having a different, and in some people's opinions, worse actor playing him won't make much of a difference at all.
